The Commission shall receive public input, then consider a request from Dave Bankhead to amend the General Plan and change the zoning, from ROS-1 (Residential Open Space 1 Acre) to RSF (Residential Single Family) at property located at approximately 1100 South to 900 South and Center Street to 200 West. (Tax Id. #10-040-0001 and 10-039-0004). b. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Josh King for a conditional use for a business license to operate 'Wellsville Family Dental' business out of the property located at approximately 51 East Main. Tax Id. #10-021-0001. 7. Other zoning matters
