Board Members Present: Robert Kraft, Jim Lewis, Patricia Jones, Ken Minor, Robert Hollahan. Absent and excused: Patrick Trim, Mike McCurdy Staff in attendance: Emma Tejada.
Call to Order: Meeting called to order at 7:01.m. by Jim Lewis.
Citizens to be heard: NA
Approval of Meeting Minutes: Meeting minutes from March 19, 2025, meetings minutes were reviewed by the board. Lewis entertained the motion to approve March board meeting minuets. Jones moves to approve minutes as presented. Minor seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
OSTAC REPORT: OSTA Representative: No rep present
Discussion Item: Smuin, Rich & Marsing proposed auditing services for 2026,2027,2028 and the possible extension for the following two years of 2029 and 2030. Tejada will check with the County to make sure the timeline works Audit reporting timeline.
Discussion Item: Board Terms: Board reviewed terms and confirmed Jim Lewis and Ken Minor term expiration is 2028. Robert Hollahan, Patricia Jones, and Robert Kraft term expiration 2017. Mike McCurdy is Grand County liaison for 2025 and Patrick trim is liaison for Moab City.
Action Item: Vote on Smuin, Rich & Marsing contract. Lewis entertained the motion to execute Smuin, Rich & Marsing contract with vote. Kraft moved to approve. Hallahan second. Motion carried unanimously.
Financial Report: Emma presented the March financial statements. Everything look good.
Discussion & Approval of February 2025 Payables: Lewis entertained the motion to approve the payables. Minor moved to approve January payables in the amount of $15,711.22. Kraft seconded. Motion carried unanimously in a roll call vote.
Board Member Reports & Concerns: NA
Adjournment: Lewis motioned to adjourn. Minor moved to approve. Kraft seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 7:56p.m.
