Notice of Public Hearings The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, June 4, 2025, at 6:00 pm and Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Construction Standards: Construction Standards Revisions (25.01) Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on proposed changes to the City's Construction Standards. Zone Change & Preliminary Plat: Larson Ranch Zone Change Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a proposal to change the zoning of a property from R-1-30 to R-R located at 1273 South 2000 West. Maple Mountain Plat N Zone Change & Preliminary Plat Public hearings will be held with the Planning Commission and City Council on a property located at approximately 2120 East 130 North to add the Master Planned Development Overlay Zone to the R-1-12 Zone in order to develop 33 single-family residential lots. Conditional Use Permit: Ace Rents Landscape Yard A public hearing will be held with the Planning Commission on a proposed Conditional Use Permit in order to operate a landscape material yard. The subject property is located at 98 West Arrowhead Trail. These hearings will be held in the Council Chambers at 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork.
