NOTICE OF AGREEMENT Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake County (the 'County RDA') and the Community Reinvestment Agency of Magna (the 'Magna CRA') have entered into an interlocal cooperation agreement regarding the transfer of two redevelopment project areas from the County RDA to the Magna CRA-namely, the Magna/Arbor Park Urban Renewal Area; and the Magna Main Street Community Development Area. The agreement took effect immediately upon its approval by both parties as provided in Utah Code § 11-13-202.5, and it will expire on January 31, 2026. The agreement provides for the transfer and assignment of all the County RDA's real property, rights, indebtedness, obligations, tax increment, and other assets and liabilities resulting from the above-named project areas to the Magna CRA as authorized in Utah Code § 17C-1-205. This will include an initial payment of $2,347,001 to the Magna CRA, and a later payment of an amount to be determined, but not to exceed $28,590. A copy of the agreement and the County RDA's resolution authorizing the agreement will be available for review at the County Government Center, 2001 South State Street, North Building, Room N2-700, Salt Lake City, Utah, during business hours for 30 days after the publication of this notice. A copy of the agreement and the Magna CRA's resolution authorizing the agreement will be available for review (1) at the Webster Center, 8952 West Magna Main Street, Magna City, Utah 84044, by appointment, for 30 days after the publication of this notice and (2) at the offices of the Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District, 860 Levoy Drive, Suite 300, Taylorsville, UT 84123, during regular business hours, for 30 days after the publication of this notice.
