Description/Agenda: MAESER WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION Maeser Water Improvement District will have two Board of Trustee seats open for the general election to be held on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Be a U. S. Citizen Be a registered voter Be a resident of the Maeser Water Improvement District for the 12 consecutive months immediately before the date of the election. Candidates MUST complete a Declaration of Candidacy in person at the district office located at 1063 N 2500 W during the designated office hours of 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm between the dates of June 2nd through June 9th, 2025 excluding weekends.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Maeser District office spaces are equipped for persons with disabilities. Anyone needing special assistance should contact office staff at 789-2353 prior to the meeting.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation: No electronic participation anticipated or planned.
