NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Thursday, January 19, 2012 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) White’s Sanitation Annual Report- Max White 2) Administer Oath of Office to Youth City Council 3) Officially Appoint Employees – Mayor Nay: JoAnn Taylor~Treasurer, Janell Braithwaite~ Recorder and Trent Halliday~ Chief of Police, Mark McIff~Gunnison City Criminal Attorney Counsel and Gunnison City Civil Attorney 4) Possible Approval of Procedure and Order for City Council Meetings 5) Review Sales and Property Tax Revenue 6) Review City Water Rights 7) Possible Approval of Substance Abuse Committee Member – Council Member Blake Donaldson 8) Discuss Rocky Mountain Power Property –Substation Beautification Plans 9) Discuss Future Plans for Top Stop Corner Property 10) Discuss Development of a Valley-Wide Recreation Department 11) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Thursday, January 5, 2012 Open Session 12) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 13) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 14) Closed Session 15) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
