Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of May 20, 2025, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: - Ordinance 25-34 (05-20-25) Adopting a Rezone and Development Agreement for Skyline Properties. - Ordinance 25-35 (05-20-25) Adopting an update to the Transportation Master Plan of the City. - Ordinance 25-37 (05-20-25) Approving updates to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City. - Ordinance 25-38 (05-20-25) Approving a Community Plan Amendment and Village Plan 5 for the Wildflower Development. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at 766-9793 at least two days prior to the meeting.
