1. Elect 2025 Chair and Vice Chair 2. Call to Order 3. Roll Call 4. Public Comment 5. Discussion Items A. Potential Change of Monthly Meetings to 4th Tuesdays, Peter Clegg The council will discuss the possibility of moving regular monthly meetings to the 4th Tuesday of each month to determine if the new schedule works for council members. B . HSAC Sponsored Training and Networking Opportunities, Peter Clegg Discussion on the possibility of resuming HSAC networking and training opportunities. Council members will provide input on suggested topics, structure, and other key considerations. C . Social Services Block Grant Request for Proposals & Funding Policy Review, Peter Clegg The council will review and discuss the proposed Request for Proposals (RFPs) and funding opportunity policy for the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG). Input and feedback will be solicited prior to finalizing the documents. 6. Action Items A. Social Services Block Grant Subcommittee, Peter Clegg Peter Clegg will be discussing the formation of a Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) Subcommittee. This subcommittee will be responsible for reviewing and scoring Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to help determine funding allocations for eligible social service programs. 7. Council Reports 8.
