Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Discuss Land Use Ordinances. (i) Review Draft of Subdivision Ordinance. B. Discuss General Plan. (i) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. C. Discussion on R6 Meeting in Richfield. D. Building Permits. (i) Corey Burton - Permit #67, 260 W. Arlington Avenue, New Home. (ii) Terry Kirgan - Permit #70, 1 E. Iron & O'Connor Street, Pole Barn/Garage. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
