- Nibley Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following action item: Ordinance 25-21: Rezone Parcels 03-178-0004, 03-178-0003, and 03-178-0010, located at 2440, 2485, & 2490 S 1350 W from Commercial (C) to Industrial (I) When: June 5, 2025 at 6:30 PM MDT Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S, Nibley, UT 84321-6337 A full report will be posted on the City's website by May 30, 2025, as part of the Planning and Zoning Commission's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 PM MDT on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Commission adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City or email to talonb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
