1. Public Hearing - Concerning CDBG funding for upgrades to the Senior Citizens Center.

2. Cory Hatch, Public Works Director - Introduction of newly hired public works employees.
3. Cory Hatch, Public Works Director - Review of planned 'chip seal' street-maintenance project for the coming year.
4. Discussion concerning proposed Resolution 2025-1, Development Agreement for future phases 3 & 4 of Foothills Subdivision.
5. Discussion concerning proposed Ordinance 2025-3, for the rezone of approximately 17.3 acres (parcel #'s 7340 and 7348) located near 600 East and 100 North from Residential (R-1) to Residential 3 (R-3).
6. Resolution 2025-2 - Employee Policy Guidebook update.
7. Continuing Business.
a. Review yard setbacks in the residential zones.
b. Annexation request from Jeff Gallagher.
c. Request to ease square footage and 2nd floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040).
d. Historic Preservation Commission.
e. Short-term rental ordinance.
f. Inland Port project.
