NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 21st day of May 2025. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Approval of minutes from the meeting on April 16, 2025. 5. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for a short term rental at 256 Vernal Street by Amanda Cottle. 6. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for 6 Oak Street by Sydney Hunt. 7. Discussion and possible approval of business license and conditional use permit for 124 South Main Street by Bradley Marston. 8. Discussion and possible approval of conditional use permit for solar install for 9 3rd Ave by Ross Lambert. 9. Discussion of parcel line adjustment for Michelle Goldsmith property. 10. Discussion of business license waiver for Tera Spendlove. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the day of May 19th, 2025 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website.
