PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Promontory Scenic Valley - Final Subdivision Plat Address: Painted Valley Pass, Promontory, Summit County, UT Parcel: SS-52 (391.29 acres) and SS-54-A (317.77 acres) - ~37 acres used for the subdivision Project Number: 25-005 Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Manager in accordance with section 11-4-5 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Final Subdivision Plat proposing a 25-Lot Subdivision for property located off Painted Valley Pass, Promontory, Summit County, UT. The applicant is requesting to allocate 19 units of Estate Base Density and 6 units of Incentive Density in the Promontory Specially Planned Area.
