PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Promontory Horizon Point - Final Subdivision Plat Address: Painted Valley Pass, Promontory, Summit County, UT Parcel: SS-54-A (317.77 acres) - ~26 acres used for the subdivision Project Number: 25-046 Public notice is hereby given that the Summit County Manager in accordance with section 11-4-5 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on a Final Subdivision Plat proposing a 14-Lot Subdivision. The applicant is requesting to allocate 14 units of Estate Base Density with 3 Open Space parcels in the Promontory Specially Planned Area.
