- NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF SOUTH DAVIS METRO FIRE SERVICE AREA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Davis Metro Fire Service Area will hold a Board Meeting, Monday, May 19th @ 5:00 p.m.@ 255 South 100 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010 - Station 81 A G E N D A CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND WELCOME OF VISITORS 1. Consideration of April 2025 minutes 2. Consideration of April Financial Statements - Ms. Hardy 3. Consideration of April Disbursements - Ms. Hardy 4. Consideration of PS/Firefighter Tier-II Pickup - Chief Stewart 5. Adoption of Resolution 2025-02 Employer Election to Pick Up Member Contributions - Chief Stewart 6. Set Public Hearing date and time to adopt FY26 Budget and set the Certified Tax Rate - Chief Stewart 7. Legislative Updates (HB48 Wildland Urban Interface Modifications & SB215 EMS Modifications) - Chief Stewart 8. Operational Report-Out - Chief Stewart (DC Larsen excused) 9. Fire Chief Report - Chief Stewart 10. Chairman Report On Thursday, May 15th @ 5 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in an inconspicuous view by the Secretary to the Board in the areas reserved for such posting of public notices by the member agencies. This notice is also posted on the Public Notice Website and the district's website (www.sdmetrofire.gov). Times are approximate and the order of agenda items is subject to change except for matters that are designated for a certain time. Motions relating to any of the foregoing agenda items, including final action, may be taken at the meeting. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Agency will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling 801-677- 2400 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended. *AS NEEDED* Closed meeting to discuss the acquisition or sale of real property, pending litigation and/or to discuss the character and/or competency of an individual(s) (Utah Code §52-4-205).
