- CLINTON CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been scheduled for the following item to be heard by the Clinton City Council on May 27, 2025 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Clinton Council Chambers at City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah. Review and possible action on text amendments to Title 28, Clinton City Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 28-7 Planned Residential Development (PRD) Overlay Zone regarding modifications to setback and garage requirements for single-family and townhome structures. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
