Adopt Resolution 2025-05-03 adopting the MSD's 2024 - 2025 Fiscal Year Amended Budget - Keith Zuspan (5 minutes) 7. Contract Amendment for Change Order #1 with MC Contractors for Copperton Storm Drain in the amount of $55,358.88. - Tamaran Woodland (5 minutes) 8. Contract Amendment for Change Order #2 with MC Contractors for Copperton Storm Drain from the amount of $161,373 to $45,850 for a savings of $115,523 - Tamaran Woodland (5 minutes) 9. Update on MSD Transportation Master Plan - Daniel Torres (15 minutes) 10. Approve Replacement of MSD vehicles - Trent Sorensen (10 minutes) 11. General Manager report - Marla Howard (10 minutes) 12.
