- Call to Order: Roll Call: Business: Moment of Reflection/Prayer: Pledge of Allegiance: Minutes Review: Financial and Adjustments Reports: Bills to Pay: Public Comment Period: Town Updates: Liquid Waste Haul Application, RMP 3 Phase was approved at $35,853. 24 but was $36,103.24 so we could get credit if other connections are made. - Recommendations from Planning and Zoning meeting of 5-3-25. - Council consideration and possible adoption of proposed Ordinance 2025-5 Regulating Noise and Quiet Hours, Nuisance, and Lighting within the Town of Scofield. - Council consideration and possible adoption of proposed Ordinance Amendment 05-19-2025 Amending the Scofield Land Use Ordinance Table 2 Uses of Land #132 Extraction and Mining of Sand, Grave, Earth, Stone Gas Minerals, Petroleum, or similar Resources from Special Use to Not Allowed in the Agricultural Zone. - Council consideration and possible adoption of proposed Resolution 05-2025 Declaring the proposed permitting location for Kinney Mine #2 by Coal Energy Group LLC, within or immediately adjacent to Scofield Town, to be an unsuitable and incompatible location. - Council approval for fireworks in the amount of $10,000. - Appointments to Planning and Zoning and Board of Adjustment. - Reassignment of council liaison to Planning and Zoning. - Reassignment of the park to a council member. - Report on cost of Utility Fund audit and results. - Ralph Brinkerhoff- UDOT report.
