NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (OPEN HOUSE FORMAT) On proposed safety improvements with access changes on Bangerter Highway from I-15 to 200 West in Draper, Utah UDOT Project PIN No. PIN 18461 UDOT is proposing safety improvements with access changes on Bangerter Highway from I-15 to 200 West in Draper. Proposed improvements include ramp widening, access changes to improve safety and striping. UDOT advises all interested persons or groups that an official Public Hearing will be held for this project. The environmental review, consultation, and other actions required by applicable Federal environmental laws for this project are being or have been carried-out by UDOT pursuant to 23 USC 327 and a Memorandum of Understanding dated January 17, 2017, and executed by FHWA and UDOT. PUBLIC HEARING (OPEN HOUSE FORMAT) A Public Hearing (open house format) will be held to present the project plans and receive public comments. Members of the public are invited to visit the open house at any time during this period to learn more about the purpose of the project and the categorical exclusion environmental study. Project representatives will be available to explain the project and answer questions. The public hearing schedule is as follows: Date: Thursday, May 29, 2025 Location: UDOT Maintenance Station, 13692 S 200 W, Draper, UT 84020 Time: 3:00 p.m.to 5:30 p.m. ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMENTS During the Public Hearing, verbal and/or written comments will be received from all interested persons or groups regarding the features of the project. Comments may also be submitted via email to Amalia Andrews at Bangerter200WStudy@utah.gov, or mailed to Amalia Andrews c/o Kimley-Horn & Associates, 111 E Broadway, Suite 600, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Comments need to be submitted by Friday, June 13, 2025 to be included in the official transcript of the public hearing proceedings.
