NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following:
A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a Planned Development Amendment to the Atkinville Interchange Area Zone Plan, PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone. The applicant is seeking approval of the design and site plan for a four-story, 104 room hotel with a proposed height of 46 feet 4 inches with architectural elements at the primary entrance up to 53 feet 6 inches. The property is located between Pioneer Road and Interstate 15, north of Blue Grass Way in St. George, Utah. The applicant is Premier Design and Engineering Inc., represented by Eric McFadden. The project will be known as Home 2 Suites. Case No. 2025-PDA-014
