CENTERVILLE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - ZONING CODE TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, at 7:00pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding proposed Zone Code Amendment to CZC 12.12.040 Definitions, concerning proposed amendments to the definitions for 'Body Art Facilities' and 'Permanent Cosmetics'; amending CZC 12.36.040 Table of Uses for Commercial Uses; adding new section CZC 12.55.260 Body Art Facilities and Permanent Cosmetics; and other associated amendments within CZC 12.62.040 and 12.62.060.
