Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following item is scheduled to be heard by the Clinton City Council at 6:00 pm on May 27, 2025. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at Clinton City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West Clinton, Utah. Review and action on a rezone request by Donald Mendenhall of 1.99 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-15 (Residential). The property is located at 2132 West 800 North (Parcel #: 14-059-0006). The City's future land use map identifies that the Eastern 1/3 of the parcel (approximately 0.70 acres) is designated for Performance Stand Zone (PZ) commercial zoning. This rezone request is proposing that this portion along with the rest of the property be rezoned to R-1-15 residential zoning. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING.
