Planning and Zoning Pending Minutes for May 7, 2025 The Planning commission met on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the public safety building located at 130 W. Main in Cleveland, Utah at 7:00 pm. Those present were commission members: Tyler Rowley, Nancy Livingston, Tracy Randall, and Lowell Gardner on phone. Council Member Kristen Vose was in attendance. Public attendees: Whitney Guymon The Meeting was called to order by Tracy Randall at 7:04 pm. Public Comments: None Minutes: Tyler Rowley made a motion to approve the minutes for April 2, 2025. A second was made by Nancy Livingston. Tracy Randall abstained from voting due to non-attendance. The remaining three members were in favor, giving a majority of the vote, so motion passed. Public Comments: None Item #1: Whitney and Craig Guymon would like zoning permission to build a pavilion. Want to build a pavilion to store vehicles under. Should on plat map where it will be located in reference to their house. Also brought in engineering plans. Pavilion will be at least 10 feet from house and boundaries. Structure will not have walls. The roof will be 30' X 60'. If we approve zoning, we will send to county for building permit if needed. Tyler Rowley made a motion to approve the zoning for the pavilion. Lowell Gardner gave a second. All were in favor, motion passed. Item #2: Elect New Chairman. Tracy Randall is resigning from the Commission because of retirement from her job. Nancy Livingston nominated Lowell Gardner. Tyler Rowley seconded the nomination. Lowell Gardner accepted the nomination. All were in favor, nomination passed. Will go to Town Council for approval. Item #3: Adjourn Meeting: Lowell Gardner moved to adjourn. Tyler Rowley seconded. All were in favor, meeting was adjourned at 7:15 pm. Nancy Livingston, Clerk
