- Notice is hereby given that the Springdale Town Council, in its regular meeting of May 14, 2025, passed the following ordinances: 1. ORDINANCE 2025-05: AN ORDINANCE OF THE SPRINGDALE TOWN COUNCIL REVISING THE TOWN'S LAND USE REGULATIONS CLARIFYING MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR SWIMMING POOLS. 2. ORDINANCE 2025-07: AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING OPEN FIRES AND THE DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS IN THE TOWN OF SPRINGDALE DURING THE 2025 FIRE SEASON. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice website. A copy of the Ordinances are attached and may also be seen at the office of the Town Clerk, 118 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, Utah.
