Description/Agenda: The Manti City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Manti City Council Chambers, 50 South Main Street, Manti, Utah to receive public comment on the following: 1. Proposed short-term rental ordinance. 2. Proposed adjustment to yard setbacks in the R2 and R3 residential zones. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals in need of special accommodations should notify Manti City at 435-835-2401 at least three business days prior to the meeting.
