- MUTTON HOLLOW IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT OFFICIAL NOTICE MUNICIPAL ELECTION 5 May 2025 The Mutton Hollow Improvement District will hold an election on November 4, 2025 to elect the following office: One (1) 4-year term on the Board of Trustees The candidate filing period is between June 2, 2025, and June 9, 2025, Monday through Monday, except weekends and holidays. A Declaration of Candidacy must be filed in person from 9;00 am.. to 1:00 p.m. at 151 East 1050 North, Kaysville, Ut. Candidates must meet the following qualifications: Registered Voter in the district in which the individual is elected. Maintain a principal place of residence within the municipality, and district that the elected office represents, during the officer's term of office. Must own real property within the municipality, and district that the elected office represents, during the officer's term of office. Not convicted of a felony.
