The Council may approve these items without discussion or public comment and may remove an item to the Business Items for discussion and consideration.
1. Removal of Agricultural protection area for Saratoga Springs 7 Development, located approx. 623 N Grand Sierra Way. Chad Spencer as applicant. Resolution R25-25(05-20-25).
2. Approval of Minutes: May 6, 2025

1. Rezone and Development Agreement for Skyline Properties. Located approximately 2472 N. Redwood Road. Robert Kunz - Skyline Properties as applicant. Ordinance 25-34 (05-20-25).
2. Mountain View Corridor Widening CMT Contract Change Order. Resolution R25-26 (05-20-25).
3. Saratoga 262 Offsite Reimbursement Agreement Amendment. Resolution R25-27 (05-20-25).
4. Reimbursement Agreement for Fox Hollow N5, Lennar Homes applicant. Resolution R25-28 (05-20-25).
5. Transportation Master Plan update. Citywide, City initiated. Ordinance 25-35 (05-20-25).
6. Saratoga Springs City Cemetery Site Plan and Preliminary Plat, located approximately West of Mountain View Corridor and Wild Blossom Blvd. City Initiated.
7. Change Orders for Evan Grader, Cemetery project for additional landscape items. Resolution R25-29 (05-20-25).
8. Wildflower Village Plan 9, located West of Mountain View Corridor and Wild Blossom Blvd. BJ Ryan of Lennar Homes as applicant. Ordinance 25-36 (05-20-25).

9. Amendments to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs Chapter 19.06 - Landscape and Fencing, for Retaining Walls. City initiated, Citywide. Ordinance 25-37 (05-20-25).
10. Wildflower Village Plan 5 and Community Plan Amendment #4. Located approximately Marigold Dr. and Chianti St. Elizabeth Cole, Wadsworth Development as applicant. Ordinance 25-38 (05-20-25).
11. Amendments to the Saratoga Springs City Code, Title 2.06-Taking Office; adding Term Limits, Ordinance 25-39 (05-20-25).
