- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF OAK CITY TOWN BOARD REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Oak City Town Board will hold its regularly scheduled Town Board Meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2025 beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Oak City Town Hall Conference Room. The following agenda items will be considered: A. Invocation. B. Adopt Agenda. C. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held Thursday, April 14, 2025. D. Discuss Property Owners' Concerns about Property Boundaries located at approx. 230 N 100 W. E. Discuss Increasing Cemetery Fees and Updating the Cemetery Section of the Oak City Town Code. F. Discuss and Set an August Date for a Public Hearing for Property Valuation and Tax Changes. G. Discuss 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Budgets. H. Closed Session - Town of Oak City Recorder Applicants. I.
