Notice of a Public Hearing for the adoption of an amended Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and ordinances amending Titles 3 and 15 of the City of South Salt Lake Municipal Code relevant to impact fees related to the South Salt Lake Sanitary Sewer System
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Utah Code § 11-36a-503 that the City of South Salt Lake, has pre-pared an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis, and will hold a public hearing be-fore the City Council to receive public comment regarding the adoption of an amended Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Facilities Plan related to the South Salt Lake Sanitary Sewer System
A summary and copy of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis proposed for adoption are available for review on the City's website, or at South Salt Lake City Hall, 220 East Morris Ave, South Salt Lake City, UT or the Granite Library, located at 3331 South 500 East, South Salt Lake, UT.
The hearing will be on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 7:25 pm at South Salt Lake City Hall, 220 East Morris Ave. South Salt Lake, UT.
