- MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, MAY 20, 2025 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public Hearing on Zoning Map Amendment for 1 parcel located at 828 West 17th Street. 4. Public Hearing on Zoning Map Amendment for 2 parcels located at approximately 295 North 1900 West. 5. Discussion/action on Public Hearings. 6. Discussion/action on Conditional Use Permit for a home preschool located at 553 North 2475 West. 7. Discussion/action on Subdivision Application located at approximately 700 North 1500 West by West Creek Development. 8. Discussion/action on Site Plan Application for West Creek Lot 1, located at approximately 1600 West 700 North. 9. Discussion/action on Site Plan Application for West Creek Lot 2, located at approximately 1500 West 700 North. 10. Commission and staff follow-up. 11. Adjourn.
