IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, June 3, 2025 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing regarding the Habitat Conservation Ordinance. Applicant: Ivins City/Applicant Contact: Rob Dalley, Building and Zoning Administrator, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard electronically, via email to Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at sallen@ivinsutah.gov or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Ivins City Building Department and on Ivins City website at www.ivinsutah.gov In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during these hearings should notify Deputy City Recorder Sharon Allen at Ivins City Hall, 85 N.
