PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove Appeal Authority Officer will hold a Public Meeting for Variances and Appeals on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the Conference Room in the City Hall Building located at 70 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Public Meeting: Appeal to City Code Sections 10-15-28 and 10-9A-10

Public Meeting to consider a request from Angie Day to appeal Staff's interpretation of City Code Section 10-15-28: Design Review and City Code Section 10-9A-10: Building Height. Section 10-15-28 provides general aspects of architectural design for new buildings, including residences, to preserve the character of a neighborhood. Section 10-9A-10 restricts the height of single-family homes in the Rural Residential Zone to 35 feet. The appeal is regarding Staff's decision in approving a building permit for a buildable lot in the Grove Acres Subdivision, located in the R1-8 (Single-Family Residential) Zone.
