Welcome 2. Consider and approve minutes from previous board meetings (April and November ) (Finance committee recommendations 3. Approve Student Land Trust Budget (Vote) 4. Public comment (please keep comments to 2-3 minutes) 5. Vote to surrender MCS's charter and join with Athenian eAcedemy (roll call vote) 6. Policy Committee a. The policy committee will need to make revisions to our attendance policy. 7. Finance committee recommendations a. Review monthly financials b. Fraud Risk Assessment 8. Safety committee recommendations a. Compliance and budgeting for audit findings 9.
