- The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on 18 March 2025: Ordinance 2025-07 amending Chapter 2.05 of the Midway City Municipal code to modify board of adjustment processes and procedures. Ordinance 2025-09 amending the time and place for the regular meetings of the Midway City Council. The Midway City Council adopted the following ordinances on 15 April 2025: Ordinance 2025-06 amending Section 16.13.100 and 13.13.390 of the Midway City Code to allow church steeples to extend above the maximum height limit and specify church parking requirements. Ordinance 2025-10 amending Section 5.02.080(D)(9) of the Midway City Municipal Code to prohibit realistic flame bulbs.
