Approval of Minutes o Motion to approve April 2025 meeting minutes 4. Financial Report o Motion to approve April 2025 financial statements 5. Engineer Report - Jones & DeMille Engineering o Brief review of the status of all active projects 6. Operations Manager Report o Update: Samples from the Upper Mill Hollow Spring have been taken o Two new meter installations completed o Ongoing system repairs and maintenance updates 7. Clerk Report o Discussion of past due accounts o Discussion of new water connection interest o General administrative updates 8. Public Hearing Notice All residents and landowners in the Fruitland Special Service District: Fruitland Special Service District will hold a public hearing to discuss making an application to the Community Impact Board for a project to treat the Mill Hollow Spring and acquire additional water rights to support current and future system demands. Items to be discussed include: funding options, project scope, implementation schedule, and the effects on residents. New Business o Discussion and possible motion to approve submission of the CIB funding application for Mill Hollow Spring Treatment and Water Rights Acquisition, including a request for a $1,750,000 grant and a $400,000, 30-year loan at 0.0% interest. 10.
