Notice is hereby given that the Holden Town Council will hold their regularly scheduled town council meeting in the Holden Town Hall located at 185 S. Main, on Wednesday May 14, 2025. This meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of April 9, 2025 Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 6. *Millard High School, Girls State, Maggie Stephens 7. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees a. Tamara Dallin- Roads and Landfill *Spring clean up *DUP cabinet b. LaRee Stephenson- Parks & Recreation c. David Wood- Electric d. Phil Whatcott- Water and Fire Department *Water Project *Water Rate Increase e.
