NOTICE OF LIBRARY MEETING RICHFIELD PUBLIC LIBRARY Notice is hereby given that the Richfield Public Library Board of Trustees will meet on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 8am. Please call Stefanie Anderson at 435-896-5169 or email library@richfieldcity.com, if you are a board member and cannot attend. Items on the agenda will be: 1. Welcome & Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes 3. Board Training/Policy Review: Appendices G, H, I, and Policy Catchup 4. Director's Update on Library Status a. Financial Report i. Submitted a grant application with UEN for computers ii. IMLS on administrative leave - federal library grants on hold b. Projects - i. Software for computers ii. National Library Week activities iii. Silent Book Club iv. Ice machine c. Staffing d. Event Planning i. Summer Reading Program ii. Sign-ups for Crochet Club e. Volunteer updates/Community Outreach i. Help with Mom & Me, service missionaries, R6 volunteers f. Civic Duties (City Council Meetings, Chamber of Commerce, etc.) 5. Committee Reports/Board Updates a. Administration b.
