- May 12, 2025 Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Resolutions: Ordinance 25-19-Amending Nibley City Code (NCC) Regarding Parking: 7.02.010 Definitions, 11.02.020 Definitions, and 11.02.040 Parking Regulations Ordinance 25-20-Amending Nibley City Code (NCC) Regarding Snow Removal: 13.02.020 Removal of Snow (First Reading) When: May 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah A full report will be posted on the City's website by May 20, 2025, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website. Applicants or interested parties should submit written or emailed comments no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday prior to the meeting to allow the Council adequate time for review and consideration. Comments should be submitted either by mail to Nibley City Hall or email to cherylb@nibleycity.gov. If applicants or interested parties would like to comment after this time, please submit your comments during the public hearing at the meeting.
