NOTICE OF KANE COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENT TO 2024-25 FISCAL BUDGET AND ADOPTION OF 2025-26 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
The Kane County Water Conservancy District will hold its annual budget hearing June 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Kane County Water Conservancy District Board Room at 725 E. Kaneplex Dr, Kanab, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to open and amend the current year's budget ending June 30, 2025 and approve the next fiscal year's budget beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026.
The Kane County Water Conservancy District Board of Directors will be reviewing and voting on the proposed rate increases for the Duck Creek Water System. Proposed increases are as follows:
Duck Creek Water System:
Base Rate Increase $0.75 from $42.75 monthly to $43.50 monthly.
Starting July. 1, 2025.
