Description/Agenda: Regular Commission Meeting 1. Discussion relative to developing a short-term rental ordinance. 2. Discussion regarding the square footage and second floor restrictions in 'Accessory Dwelling Unit' code (17.40.040). 3. Review yard setbacks in the residential zones. 4. Consideration of approval for minutes of the meetings of March 11th and March 27th.
