PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82061032840?pwd=cmeFqoFFv9E6PpduWA6PwWPyBp7F7a.1 Meeting ID: 820 6103 2840 Passcode: 419392 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Bolos B. Pledge of Allegiance- Shelly Halacy C. Invocation- Commissioner Harvey D. Commissioner Comments- (Stall of Fame) E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $339,254.63. 2. Request for approval of warrants #104986-105069, #490796-490977 and #443 in the amount of $2,641,874.02. 3. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 4. Request for approval of ACH payment to Zions Bank in the amount of $283,852.51. 5. Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on May 6, 2025. 6. Request for approval of new business licenses. 7. Request from the Emergency Management Department for approval to surplus an ATV Mountable Tri-Max Compressed Air Foam System. 8. Request for approval of a contract by and among Weber County, the Bureau of Reclamation and Weber Basin Water for Weber County to continue operation and maintenance of Causey Road. 9. Request for approval of a first amendment to a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden City Redevelopment Agency amending the original cap to be triggered in 2027 or once the original cap is met. 10. Request for approval of the Weber County Policy 27, governing social media use. G. Action- 1. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and John C.
