- PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA May 13, 2025 6:00 p.m. The Roy City Planning Commission regular meeting will be held in the City Council Chamber / Court Room in the Roy City Municipal Building located at 5051 South 1900 West The meeting will commence with the Pledge of Allegiance, which will be appointed by the Chair. This meeting will be streamed live on the Roy City YouTube channel. Agenda Items . 1. Declaration of Conflicts 2. Approval of the March 25, 2025, work-session minutes 3. Approval of the April 8, 2025, regular minutes Legislative Items 4. 6:00 p.m. - PUBLIC HEARING - consider a request to amend the following maps, for the property located at approximately 2349 West 6000 South - General Plan (Future Land Use Map) from Single-Family Residential to Multi-Family Residential. - Zoning Map from RE-20 (Residential Estates) to S-S (Station South) Administrative Items 5. Discussion on potential amendments to the Roy City Annexation Policy Plan to include an area north of Hinckley Drive and east of 1900 West comprising of 25.07 acres (1,092,049.2 sq-ft) at approximately 1811 West 3300 South 6. Consider a request for Site Plan and Architectural approval for 'The Hazel' project located at approximately 4060 South Sandridge Drive 7. Commissioners Minute 8. Staff Update 9. Adjourn
