Pursuant to Section 10-3-301 (2)(a) of the Utah Code, notice is hereby given that the Municipal Offices in Spring Lake, Utah to be voted on in the 2025 Municipal General Election are:
- Mayor -to be elected at-large to serve a four-year term.
- City Council Members -to be elected from the following Seat Districts:
o Seat 1 -four-year term
o Seat 2 -two-year term
o Seat 3 -four-year term
o Seat 4 -two-year term
A primary election will be held, if necessary, on Tuesday, August 12, 2025. The general election will be held on November 4, 2025.
A Spring Lake resident who is interested in becoming a candidate must file a Declaration of Candidacy between June 2 and June 6, 2025. Declarations of Candidacy must be filed with the Utah County Clerk at The Utah County Elections Office, 100 East Center Street, Room 3100, Provo, Utah, during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). There will be no filing fee to run for the offices listed above.
