Description/Agenda: A public hearing will be held by the West Bountiful City Council on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at the city offices, 550 N 800 West, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding a request by Matthew and Monique Draper to vacate a portion of the southern and eastern public utility and drainage easements on their property at 697 West 700 North. The Draper's intend to build an accessory structure on this portion of the property. The vacated portions will reduce the eastern easement from 7.5ft to 3ft and the southern easement from 10ft to 6ft. All interested parties are invited to participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting.
