Description/Agenda: The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission Chambers located at 160 N Main in Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on a zone change request to add a -G designation to parcels XB00-1428-21E, XB00-1428-61E, and XB00-1426-11 located in Sections 33 & 34, Township 10 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. and Sections 3 & 4, Township 11 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The addition of the -G designation would mean that the property could be considered for a gravel pit. A map of the specific parcels being considered is available for review in office #117 of the Juab County Building, 160 North Main, Nephi, UT 84648.
