NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate an existing municipal utility easement located between Lots 312 and 313 of Webb Acres Phase 3 Subdivision. 2. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a portion of a municipal utility easement located east of the power substation that is located south of the Divario development on Parcel SG-7497-C, as described in Doc. No. 20230034868 and 20230034871. 3. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a utility easement located west of Gap Canyon Parkway and across from the west end of Canyon View Drive on Parcel SG-6-2-34-243, as described in Doc. No. 00356899. 4. Consideration of an ordinance to vacate a utility and drainage easement located between Lots 23 and 24, Bloomington Hills No. 11 Subdivision, as described in Doc. No. 00153173.
