Notice of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Clearfield Planning Commission at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of the City Municipal Center located at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah 84015.
Public Hearing, Discussion and Possible Action to consider the adoption of an update to the Clearfield City General Plan, to provide a comprehensive and long-range plan for present and future needs of the community, an advisory guide for land use decisions, and to provide the required General Plan Elements as set forth in Utah State Code. (Legislative Matter)
All interested persons present will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comment may also be submitted, by mail to Clearfield City, Community Development, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, UT 84015. Written comments not received prior to the date of the meeting may not be able to be considered.
The proposed General Plan DRAFT is on file at Clearfield City Community Development located at the Customer Service Center on the 1st Floor at 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah. The staff report for the General Plan and the General Plan DRAFT document will also be available for review the Monday prior to the meeting, in-person, or on-line at the City's website www.clearfield.city.
