- SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AGENDA Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 5:00 PM This meeting will not have an anchor location at the City and County Building. Appeals Hearing Officer, Staff, and Appellant will connect remotely. A public hearing will not be held for the following item: 1. Appeal of a COA Denial at Approximately 722 S 700 E - Tierney Syndergaard, the property owner, is appealing the denial of a certificate of appropriateness that would retroactively approve the replacement of windows in four openings, replacement of a stone/concrete cap on the front entry porch, and paint on previously unpainted brick on the property at the above-stated address. The address falls within the Central City Local Historic District, thus subject to the standards of the H (Historic Preservation) Overlay. The property is located within Council District 4, represented by Eva Lopez Chavez.
