PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Parowan City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah, to hear comments regarding the proposed zone assignment for the proposed annexation of approximately 51.16 acres of real property into Parowan City's incorporated limits, referred to as the Prime West Development LLC Annexation. The 51.16 acres of real property is located immediately East of I-15 roughly between 200 N and 200 S, AND 1000 W and 1400 W (please see attached annexation plat). The proposed zone for this annexation area is Residential 2 (R-2) and Residential 3 (R-3).
The Prime West Development Annexation Packet and Plat is available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
