PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

RE: Application for rezone of property owned by Victor Hanson (parcels #20-4489 and 20-4491)
NOTICE is hereby given that the Daniel Town Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, to hear public comment regarding an application to rezone the above parcels from RA-5 zone to the Commercial (C) zone. The rezoning request is being made by Brian Myers on behalf of the owner of the property located at 1705 E 3600 S. Regulations and permitted uses in the Commercial Zone are addressed by Daniel Municipal Code Chapter 8.10, which can be accessed on the Daniel Town website, danielutah.org.
The above meeting will be held at the Wasatch County Services Building located at 55 South 500 East, Conference Room B, Heber City, Utah, as part of the regularly scheduled monthly Daniel Planning Commission meeting. It is an open meeting in which you may voice concerns or ask questions about the proposal. Notice of this public hearing is also posted on the Daniel Town website, danielutah.org., the State Public Notice Website, and also in The Wasatch Wave.
This notice has also been sent to property owners within 500' of the subject property. Please share this notice with any other property owners who may be interested.
